santorini's greek grill. We’re looking for franchise partners who want to grow and build their own fortunes, and who want to be aligned with the best in the foodservice industry. Why franchise? key points: you get access to our Santorinis systems and procedures, manuals, training, recipes, vendors, store build plans, website, digital media, cloud-based POS & accounting systems, gift card programs, and more.  Franchise fee is $25,000.00. Training fees and Grand opening fees must be applied in addition to the Franchise Fee. Royalties 7%, Advertisement fee 2%, Total building cost 250k-350k, Typical square footage is 2500-3500 square feet. Either you or a designated Operating Partner (who owns a minimum of 20% equity) must be involved in the full-time day to day operations of your franchise territory. PROVEN CONCEPT, FRESH AND HEALTHY.
